what's in your day-timer?

What’s in your day-timer… planner…palm pilot?
Let’s see what we’ve got here in mine…
Wake up 5:00 a.m.; do 3 morning pages; list 10 things I plan to be grateful for; make my bed (oops—hubby is still there); take my shower (practicing Kegels while I wash my hair); apply my 12 step–facial programs; condition, moisturize, shine and defuse my hair; lovingly wake the children; help them dress in the pre-layed out, matching, freshly-laundered clothing; feed them a nutritious, homemade organic breakfast; before leaving for school return 12 e-mails; walk the dog; kiss husband; pack healthy lunches with personalized love notes tucked inside; take each child to school; practice my Kegels in the car); go to the gym for a quick class of step aerobics; then off to work (again doing Kegels in the car); Return the 17 phone messages; return more e-mails; lay out my 5-year business plan; schedule appointments for pedicure; time to highlight my hair, and laser hair removal; schedule an appointment with allergist for son; schedule orthodontist appointment for my daughter; schedule a facial for myself; work in yoga class and Pilates (what are Pilates, anyway?); return home/work to start dinner in the crock pot; feeling creative in the afternoon so time to craft a fabulous new workshop, tele-class, newsletter and rough draft of my first book; pick up the children; take one to swim practice and the other to karate; return home to put the finishing touches on the wholesome, nutritious, lovingly-prepared meal; have family sharing time; do 6 loads of laundry (doing Kegels all the time); finish off my 3 gallons of purified water; finish reading my book for book club; call my women’s group about our next meeting; make 16 phone calls to parents…after all I’m room mother; take a quick glance in Oprah to read about ‘balance’; journal three more pages about what I want to manifest in my life; write 5 things in my gratitude journal; read one chapter in 3 additional books; turn to my husband and initiate a passionate love making session with earth-shattering orgasms; after all...I’ve been doing my Kegels.
